nobody really knows. It was created by someone who called themself the "budderking". He never released the method to the public to either a.) keep the profits to himself, or b.) it's not really anything different then oil.

There's speculation that all it is is hash oil that's been frozen and "whipped". Some people claim it's way more potent then oil, others say it's no better then quality oil.

a few minutes after i posted that i looked up a video on making it and it was the same dude that's in these youtubes in this thread.

he heats up oil in a dish and whips it with a pin.

after a minute it was powdery and rdy to smoke.

claims were 99.7 and people on icmag said it was whipped BHO.
