 best micron size for wax

I recently bought stainless steel micron screens a pack of 5 4"x4", my first time making wax I used 120 micron silk screen, will there be less wax made with the 50, because I didn't get a whole lot for a case of butane. Another thing, I didn't have a whole lot of plant matter contamination in the wax made with the 120. 
Now I'm also wondering, how many cans of butane per oz of plant matter. I was using 1 can per oz. should I be using more?

Well, alright I would still like to get maybe a couple Gs of wax so I can mix it into the bubble hash. I agree in whole with you, standing over a dish of liquid butane is not so safe nor smart. I'll just go with the 120, and mix what ever I get out of a few ounces into the bubble. It seems to smoke better with some kind of wax/oil mixed into it.
Bubble hash it is. Got more product than BHO anyways.
