 Can out of staters buy seeds in Colorado?

I am looking into purchasing a few seeds for personal use to treat pain(legitimate pain, if it matters) from Colorado when I drive through. I am curious if it's possible for an out of stater to buy seeds? I know they can buy a fourth of an ounce but I haven't found anything about seeds.
Also, if its allowed,could anyone recommend a strain for sciatica and cancer pain and lower back as well. Or perhaps a couple of strains that could fit those three symptoms.

I suggest eating the stuff if you want the most relief. Get some coconut oil and extract the THC.

I would say about an 8th of bud for a cup of oil, break it up, decarboxylate in the oven, boil with oil/water for about an hour, maybe a little longer. I go by how the leaf looks, when it starts to settle its ready. Cool the pot off before you stick it in the fridge overnight, then reclaim the hard puck of oil. You will have to pry it off, scrape off the excess leaf at the bottom (save for other use), melt down the oil in a V shaped cup with a little water and resolidify it overnight. It should be nice and ready. Clean the excess plant material of its oil (in boiling water) and refine it by itself. Sometimes you can get a shit ton of lost oil that way.
Here is the photo dump from when I made oil last time, No text yet but it will sorta give you an idea of the process. I had too much leaf and not enough oil, so I had to do a bit more to it. Normally more leaf goes to the bottom.

that is good advice. I suffer from chronic back pain and take opiates to treat the symptoms, smoked cannabis is useless for my pain (but great for anxiety) but whenever i infuse some top grade QWISO into coconut oil, i dont need as many or hardly any opiates at all!

Anywhere else besides downtown Denver at green man? Is that the best place\seed carrier or are there others? Most of the dispensaries dont have seeds included in their menus online, green man did, though, til yesterday.

Called around no ones getting seeds without a Colorado id... dispensary round thing. Bummer... in was fucking stoked for some Colorado weed AMD some seeds to try.. crush meet up with me and buy me some hah.

weird, i had some people come in my store from out of state who were up in denver and stocked up on seeds at green man cannabis...

Truth be told, they are one of many who simply said they were sold out.
But everyone else is saying they can't by regulation.
Out of town dispensaries are better looking though bud depot gave the ok with just a valid id of any kind.
