I like them as thick as possible. And I just usually buy frozen pizza and put mozzarella and crushed red pepper on it. Then I cook it in my Pizzazz pizza maker, which saves money compared to using an oven.
Yall bros should make some zza' at home. If you don't like making your own dough there are prepackaged packages that are just ad water (pizza dough is just flour, salt, sugar, water, oil and yeast. Extra flour is used for slapping/rolling the pizza out if you're into that, pan pizza doesn't really need to have the extra flour. Pizza sage advice: wheat flour and corn meal mixed is what I use at my pizza job.
To make "thin" crust with actual dough (when I want it) I use a weight of dough that is meant for a size 2" smaller. You have to slap it out really thin and tossing it when it's that thin isn't really an option.
Frozen pizza is nice an all, but I just can't do it anymore. To each their own though.
