 door to door scams / b&e's

anyone ever deal with these pricks? im sure someone here has... i had the same old bullshit happen yesterday. theres no soliciting in my neighborhood so im usually pissed off immediately when someone rings my door bell that isnt my neighbor or some food delivery guy.
right after i got home from the evil wal mart, i check my mail and see some sketchy dude driving a fucked up red chevy SUV, and in the middle of the road, stopping and cutting 2 cars off to turn around... i watch that happen, shake my head, then go inside. not 5 minutes later, some cute (totally fuckable) chick rings my doorbell, and starts off about having to meet 100 people for some stupid reason. i dont even remember if there was a reason. "so i have to meet 100 people blablabla so you arent like a violent criminal or anything are you?" and was obviously trying to get into my apartment. i know this scam! send some cute chicks to play some guy and check out what they have, then come back and steal all their shit.
and i just say, "yea, i know this scam so you better get the fuck out of here right now." and took her off guard. she must be new to the game. i had this shit go down when i lived in missouri. i said the same thing to them as i said to this bitch. not long after i told those people off in missouri, they got arrested for breaking into peoples houses and stealing shit!
i followed the bitch out a minute later and watched her trying at another apartment. i yelled at her and told her theres no soliciting here, let alone scamming or stealing shit. she finally walked over to me flipping me off, and i just said LOOK BITCH i've been locked up with people like you doing this same scam. so i dare you to fucking come back here. dont worry because i wont call the police until after someone gets shot." (5 years on felony probation, and a few times incarcerated, you'll meet a lot of really shitty people, and some cool people... so i've heard about a few scams in my day)
not a huge ending or anything to the story, sorry. she just got on her phone and then walked up the street out of my view. probably getting in that shady dudes red SUV with their group of whory bitches trying to find apartments/houses to break into.
anyone ever have to deal with these obvious door to door criminal mother fuckers???

not to me personally no, but when I was in high school I knew a kid who would knock on people doors during the day to see if they were home and if not find a way to get in. He said if some answered he just asked them if someone lived there (any random name) and pretended like he was going to a friends house and didn't know which one. Apparently some of the people he robbed found out who he was, went to his house knocked him around a little and took their stuff back plus some of his. He ended up getting arrested and wasn't seen at school again.
