I wish I could get into MMA more. I love the fights then I'm done, the shit-talk bro smash attitude a lot of the pro MMA fighters have in their interviews is super unenjoyable for me and I can't really get into it. That's why I always liked fedor emelianenko. Didn't boast, didn't even mean mug people. Just bulldozed them.
The only podcast I ever listened to was a joe rogan one on DMT. Half of what he said was basically out of the spirit molecule but it was interesting listening to him verbalize an experience. Funny dude, even if how opinionated he is can get a little much.

joey diaz! i love the segment where he's obsessing over a certain bruce lee movie. cracks me up because that's the first martial arts film i've ever seen and feel the same way

Another vote for Joe Rogan. Great stuff. If you're into conspiracy theories too, 'Out There' is great. To be honest i haven't been keeping up with podcasts for a while and it may no longer be running any longer because it was going through a weird phase last i was downloading. Either way the existing episodes would still be downloadable and they really are great. Very informative and biased (usually).

thanks for the suggestions. ill have to check out bill burr and out there. i found one called dudegrows. i only heard 1 show so far but it seems pretty cool. they did product reviews, grow tips, and some interviews with different people in the cannabis world. they had a interview with a guy on there from king spectrum led(i think that was the company name) that was really informative.

Can I say with all the videos I have watched of Joe Rogan- dude has an incredibly sharp memory.
That's something that's always really stuck out about him to me.

I've never sat through one of his comedy specials, but the clips I've heard were good. His routine almost seems borderline sci-fi to me.
Do you guys have any FM comedy stations out that way?

Better than his pal doug stanhope. Maybe I just dont get his brand of comedy but it's more like he talks onstage for like 45 minutes.

I'd have to disagree with you there. I really enjoy Doug Stanhope's raw, dark humor. He is a very real comedian.

Maybe I havn't seen enough of his material but I really did give him an honest try while I was clicking through youtube and was just really bored with it. He seems like he's be a fun guy to hang around with for an evening but I wouldn't be interested in paying to see him perform a set.
Can you link me to a good standup of his or something? Maybe I'm looking in the wrong places.
