 my canopy/ hood build for my fish tank

Long story short...
My new led lights are too bright and need a hood to help restrict the light so its not spilling into the living room.
Thing is, the average price for a pre built is 200.
Fuck that. I decided to build my own.
This weekend ill add the front panel, top panel, and back panel. I'm also going to paint it black and add brackets to hold the lights.
I still need to figure out how to get airflow in the top of the hood. Its not hard, I just gont have the proper tools.

And before the comments rain in...
Its suppose to be simple and basic. So far I'm at 25.00. Another 20 for the wood and paint and that shit you spray inside to protect it from water and I'm done.
