This might sound contradictory, but smoking causes me to lose weight much easier. If I am hungry between meals or after dinner, I can take a hit and no longer feel hungry. Also, it helps keep me from eating large meals. I never get the munchies that everybody talks about. Anybody else have similar reactions?
Ya since my T-Break, I have gained 10lbs. I started smoking about 4 years ago, and I was 235lbs. Now I'm 165. I haven't done any hards in that time, and I used to drop E back in the day. Weird.
