 toke a break

one morning out of no where i decided to take a break from smoking and drinking coffee to !
always thought about only toking once or twice a week or changing to vapping and edibles instead of smoking , had a night where i was up till 630 am another 430 am but i just did it !

lol nice to smoke a joint again ,I said fk that to no sleep slept the best sleep last night after a nice puff .

Man this is the predicament I currently find myself in. Don't want to give in to temptation but sleep is very important.
How was the initial high?

im sure after awhile I would balance out ,I stopped smoking years and years ago for about a year n a haft because I had a panic attack that bad ,but I mean I haven't puffed for about 2 weeks up until yesterday stopped drinking coffee to ,lit the mj back up but im still free from coffee beans

Having been a heavy weed smoker for the past 16 years, I don't see any point in taking a tolerance break (for me, anyway). I've tried it in the past and of course I get super high on the first toke after the break, but then the tolerance comes right back. Instead I try to vary the strains I smoke which I find combats the tolerance enough for my liking.
