I just made a gallon and a half of garlic jalapeno hot sauce tonight as an experiment.
My favorite sauce that I make is yellow habaneros, thai chilis, and ghost chilis.

Too bad man, turned out pretty good- especially taking into consideration it was a first try at a new recipe. I'm going to bribe my mother-in-law's step son to move a bunch of shit around the house with the big jug I think. I can give that clown a couple jars of sauce and they're gone in a week.
