I felt the same way, anything under 7 I didn't notice anything except the nausea. At 14 I finally felt the 'effects' well but was dying from the nausea.

The way you guys are with kratom is how I am with bud. Well, not the sickness, but how it doesn't sit right with me.

I had some awesome Kratom for my first time. I only took about 4-5g of the stuff and it knocked me out. It must have been a strong batch because next time I bought the same stuff, it was shit and made me puke.

14 g seems to be my 'go to' dose. Real strong effects, long lasting, almost nod like yet I stay alert and active,
and I haven't experienced any nausea.
I did however, just order a gel cap packing kit because I am getting tired of washing down that much powder.
Also received an email from my vendor about them switching sources to improve quality control.
I need to be careful with this kratom though, I'm really starting to like this stuff a lot.

If I take any more than 5g at once I'll likely have some nausea and a light headed dizzy feeling for a little while after taking it....but 5g will also have me on the verge of nodding if it's a red vein, or way uplifted and euphoric if it's something like a thai or white vein. Anything over 5g at once and I'm probably going to puke, I can spread out my dosage over a couple hours and be fine though. It's enough to keep me zingin' through out the days and to have me uber relaxed in the evenings. I've been taking some white vein before going on bike rides lately and the amount of energy & stamina the stuff gives me is un-real.

It sounds like you dosed too high. I don't get any nausea at all any more probably something to do with my cross tolerance with opiates. But before you right it off completely I would give it another shot and try a smaller dose. It's a pretty neat little plant I wouldn't write it off so quickly.

I've always put mine into those caps the kratom site has for sale. Kinda sucks tho because if u takw like 5 grams it comes out to like 15-25 capsules depending on what size. I always got a nice opiate like buzz, but it does give me a funny feeling. Almost like a light headed dizzy feeling that comes and goes, and hot flashes I guess. But its never anything serious, never puked. Just burped up that awful taste. I took it once to help ease wd's from oxycodone and i don't remember it helping the wd's which I thought was strange since I thought it was a opiate. But it did give a nice buzz.I'd say its worth the money. I remember I got Bali and another kind but I don't remember which one. But each time was prettt potent. At the time I was taking 100mgs of oxycodone a day, and 7 grams of kratom still gave me that nice happy warm fuzzy feeling.lmao. like a mothers hug

I went through a kilo over the course of the last year(not worth buying in smaller amounts IMO) and tried all kinds of doses. Hot water extract was the least nauseating, but it was a strong narcotic effect and no stimulant at all. Like taking percs. I really don't care for that though. I still have a bottle of diazapam sitting around too lol. I think I just like smoking instead. I tend to be super sensitive to medications to begin with.

Yeah, its just tea. I let the excess water boil off then dehydrate it, throw in the coffee grinder, cap it. Super strong but I'm sure it destroys a lot of the alkaloids that have a stimulant effect because it feels strait up like percs. I still throw up from this, but the nausea doesn't last nearly as long and lasts me 5-6 hours.
Most certainly I do not deny it's potency. It just doesn't agree with me. Not really a fan of chocking down 15-20 capsules each time either.
