Are they serious about the price?
If so I don't know how it's justified.
There is a high end glass gallery near me with bongs just as intricate for under 20k.

That bong is most literally awe inspiring and beautifully intricate but I would never pay that much for something that would inevitably either break or fill with resin!
I was nervous paying 80 dollars for my bong I have now (which should have cost most like 140 dollars) but I still have it after almost three years and it still hit like a champ.
