Is electricity cheaper up there per kw/h or just growers dealing with lower margins?

In Canada
220 a oz for kush, diesel, etc 250 if your dealer doesn't like you
around 180-190 for commercial/oz
In late winter-summer prices can climb to 3-3.2k/lb which makes kush,etc as much as $280-300.
I usually just trade with my weed broker and he's more than fair.
