So I picked up a few indie games from the current steam sale.
-Transistor -Mark of the Ninja -Crypt of the NecroDancer -Hotline Miami
So far I have only played Crypt of the NecroDancer, and I am hooked lol. It kind of reminds me of The Binding of Isaac, but with it's own unique system that uses music rhythm for the actions. It sounds really strange I'm sure but it is tons of fun. Still in alpha build though.
Something about indie games appeal much more to me these days than AAA titles. Could be that I was born in the early 80's and growing up playing NES/SNES. I just feel that games are not as fun these days. Of course there are some great games being released, but I tend to get bored with them quickly.
Anybody know of any others that you might suggest?
