Look up information on nutrient deficiencies.
I was leaning toward zinc but it's been years since I've had a deficiency so I may be way off.

If it is isolated to 1-2 leaves I would just watch it before adjusting anything to see if it spreads any. If not then keep it as is if it does over the next week then start checking deficiencies like he said.

Do you foliar feed? That can burn a plant's leaves easily, especially if left to dry. Then you get a fungal disease or a virus and the leaves start looking like that in more than one spot. Do you have any insect vectors? Fungal gnats?

okay so today i checked again and it looks like its spreading, except the tops of the leaves look blotchy and are a faded colour while the underneath looks to be "shiny" where the blotches are, almost like the trail a snail leaves but it cant be slugs or snails since its just blotches not a trail

its moved to a few leaves and another plant has started doing it, after a little research it looks to be a calcium deficiency so ive given it something to try and fix it, will update in 3 days to a week on how it goes

Sure looks like a bug eating your leaf. You can see an edge missing, and on the tops of leaves where they are scraped in multiple areas.

I think he has some sort of pest. It sure doesn't look like any nutrient issue I've ever come across, at least those last 4 pictures look like it.
