its complicated at the min - plus:
The comps are held separate from the actual company. Rhino wont ship to the the US (for now) but the Gorilla will, our (sort of) sister company, i work for both companies and Rhino/Vision want this promo on your forum.
we could have stated only UK entrants etc but as i post mail to the US anyways, i thought id give everyone the chance to win.
5% of something is better than nothing 
its not that we dont want to ship to the US - or wont in the future.
id feel bad offering this comp on every other forum and not in here.
