Ugh its a little crazy when I wanna order some cali seeds or ny diesel and it has to come from fucking overseas.
$24 for shipping...fuck sakes, that's more than I'm paying for the seeds themselves.
You'd think with weed legal in multiple states we'd have something by now. I looked at seedbay and it looks like those are still overseas too?
Wtf. This is America. I wanna pretend we're the only place. I don't wanna deal with customs and $24 shipping lol.

Until it is legal across the country there Will be no banks operating in the US.
Get to a legal state and buy breeder seeds from co ops and forget about shipping.

The clubs can sell seeds like they sell clones but only to walk-ins.

its federally illegal, mail is federal. either drive to a legal dispensary or order from overseas.

Well I did some reading (thanks to mags link on that breeder) and I found one Seed bank in Michigan. The catch is you need to have a MMJ recommendation. I am unsure if they ship out of state to other MMJ card holders. I emailed them and hope to get a quick reply on that.
Also they could use DHL,Fedex,UPS etc. as they are private companies.

The owner of Seed Boutique is on the run from US authorities and is being held in a Philippine jail right now. Marc Emery just got out after serving 4 years for selling seeds to people in the US from Canada. They were not breaking any laws in their countries but sent to the US.
Now a country that sells seeds that is located in the US is breaking the law right from the get go. Get your seeds now cause I don't know how long a company that has to commit a felony every deal will be around for.
They also claim to have seeds that every other seed bank ran out of months ago. The entire Granddaddy line for example. I talked to Ken recently at GDP Seeds and he didn't even have any. I had to drive 300 miles to get clones from him.
Be sure to find reviews and crap from people that have bought from them.

Uh well I'm hesitant to chime in on this, but consider that if there were US seedbanks, where would they get the seeds? and this is assuming these places exist. this is a clue to find them through the breeders btw.
those GDP packs do exist. I get the impression that kens new breeding partner or whoever uses GDP's instagram has access to them. GDP comments on instagram posts of people growing them. also the place I think you guys are talking about is legit and seems to have a lot of friends in the breeder community.

Yeah but GDP Seeds isn't a seed bank they are a breeder. GDP Seeds also have their own clubs in the San Fran bay area and in Southern Cal. They actually do clones for sale also. He's talking about places like Attitude. Attitude is a seed bank.

I edited my post a little. I'm actually curious what the deal is with those new GDP seeds, but it seems to be only available in US. I'm mainly wondering if they are pre or post ken saying he thinks his breeding methods are flawed, which I only heard through hear say on some forum post.
US banks are totally illegal and probably against some really heavy interstate commerce federal laws. I sure wouldn't want to be one of the firsts to try it.

Nice. If you have the option of getting cuts, ask about lumpstatus's larry og.
Can I just suggest that people check on stock before legally ordering seeds from anywhere. Really kind of sucks finding out you paid for something that isn't in stock, and apparently some of these places aren't quick to give a refund.

Actually, it still worries me a little. So, no matter where you order from, be safe.

I'd do what ya can to get your cash back. To small time to be a cartel and if it was the guy who drew attention by fucking up the order would be killed (along with his family and everybody in a 50 mile range that looks like them  jk) These fucked up seed dealers make everybody that sells seeds look bad.

My experience was very different from yours - everything went very smoothly & I even exchanged a few emails with the owner/breeder.
In my case, it was so smooth, I was a little worried it was DEA related or something.
In yours, it just sounds like someone very small time trying to make some money - maybe smoking a little too much as well.
I'd dispute the charges. If you're brave enough, saying what you're buying in the dispute could cause them a lot of headache & make them think twice about what they're doing.

Ok well I spoke to the owner of the unnamed place, and he seems like an ok guy. certainly speaks English. I got the impression he is just a really busy guy.
I recently observed that there's a certain kind of mexican looking people that have no necks and all weigh about the same. I'm not saying they all look the same, but they kind of do except for variations in facial features. They all wear a baseball hat and a tshirt too.

Well someone certainly has the new gdp stuff. Wish I knew who this was. I want some grandpa larry! there seems to be a trend of selling seeds via instagram, but it seems like an experiment of sorts, and probably isn't the most secure way to do it. esp since you need a verified phone to even use instagram.
