So, in summary, we need to kill people, but when other people kill people, we can judge how wrong it is, because we are able to decide rationally who needs to be killed, because unless many are killed, nobody can live, so let's all agree to start killing because it only makes sense.

I'm not on board with your justification for killing a few or people. Murder is only wrong if your justification is and onboard of how one feels wholly. I'm not going to convince you on any theory as to how does one kill justly. But I will tell you my own opinion on the matter, and it is that whoever kills first wins. There will be repercussions for the murder, but the murderer wins ultimately.
