Just got 20 of these (4mg/pill) from a cancer patient friend that doesn't like them. Ive never done them before but I LOVE hydrocodone, Oxycodone, and even morphine. I actually have a few oxy's and morphine sulfates as well.
How does hydromorphone compare to these other opiates? Are they as good or better? I have a moderately high tolerance to other opiates so how much would be a good starting dose? Would they be better taken nasally? Would they be good to mix with oxy's or morphine?
Any help/suggestions appreciated!

Mg for mg it's a lot stronger than the others but it's oral bioavailabilty is very low. They are awesome iv'd, great rush, and imo are wasted any other way. Second choice would be snorting them.

I snorted half of one before work this morning. I felt a little something but not what I expected if they're a lot stronger than vics and percs like Ive been reading. Guess I'll try a whole pill after work and see what it does.

Or plug em. Actually I don't blame you for not shooting. Sends your tolerance through the roof in a short time. It's just that Dilaudids are hard to come by for me. You won't get even half the dose any other way.

I dont have any sort of syringe to go the enema route, oh well. Wonder if smoking it would do anything? I cant snort anymore either, it gave me a massive sinus headache. Probably going to end up wasting them orally...

I'm not giving dosage advice on here. Everyone is different but a rule of thumb for me personaly is 1mg of dilaudid for every 10mg morphine according to current tolerance.
I would'nt waste them orally if you have those other options on hand. Use the others for now and save the dilaudids until you have what you need.

I found a syringe and tried plugging but couldn't get it to go in, kept running down my leg. Not even going to try to force it in and already wasted 3 of these trying various ways. I guess Im stuck snorting or eating it.
