Can anyone help me diagnose the problem my plant is having?
1. Are you growing from seed or clones?
---Seed (Barney's farm CBD BS)
2. How old are your plants?
---The affected plant is 97 days old.
3. How tall are your plants?
---The plant is maybe 2.5 ft maybe closer to 3.
4. What size containers are they planted in?
---8 gallon pot
5. What is your soil mix?
---Cheap store bought home depot soil
6. How often do you water and what type of water do you use and how much you give per watering?
---When it hasn't rained recently, I use 400ppm tap water pH is 7. I water whenever needed but usually every other day. Maybe 2 gallons.
7. What is the pH of your water?
---7
8. What kind of fertilizer do you use and what is its NPK ratio?
---FF trio (2-8-4, .01-.3-.7) + Liquid Karma (.3-.3-.5) + CalMag (1-0-0) + Molasses.
9. Do you foliar feed or spray your plants with anything?
---Occasionally neem oil and azamax if I notice any detrimental bug activity.
10. What kind of lights do you use and how many watts combined? (HPS, MH, fluorescent, halogen, incandescent "plant lights")
---
11. How close are your lights to the plants?
---93 million miles
12. What size is your grow space in square feet?
---N/A
13. What is the temperature and humidity in your grow space?
---80-100 degrees F, 50%-80% 14. What is the pH of the soil?
---Not sure (6-7)
15. Have you noticed any insect activity in your grow space?
---Yes
16. How much experience do you have growing?
---None
Thanks everyone, any advice at all would be useful.

Bump: The problem doesn't seem to be going away at all. I fed yesterday with 3 gallons of water and used 30mL tiger bloom 15mL liquid karma 15mL calmag 20mL big bloom and a tbsp of molasses total.
Here are some more pics of the affected leaves. And there is something very strange going on on the top of on of the buds so I indcluded a picture of it.

I think they are getting too much of something. You need to figure out what those base 400ppm are.
The tops of the bud look like nute burn to me. I would flush them with distilled water with a clearex type solution.
Remember, even if you fix the problem, the spots that are on there aren't going to heal. You will be looking for the progression of it to stop, and new growth to start improving.

make sure it's not your tap water. Go buy a bunch of distilled water. You want to pull any nutrients out of the soil.
Are you on well water? Or city municipal? If you are on municipal you can ask for a read out of your water, this will help in diagnosing whats already occurring in it. And there are nutrient lines out there designed for hard and soft water I believe, never used them myself.

On well water. I'll look into the hard and soft water nutes. Any idea how much a gallon of distilled water costs?

Nope, call around to some different stores man.
You're well water is probably chock full of minerals, this is probably your problem.

For what reason? Varrying pH? Or varying amount of minerals in the water? I can always adjust pH if it's because of that.

Also Hawk, what about filtering the tap water through a carbon filter? I have one for hiking that supposedly I could even piss into and clean drinking water would come out the other end.

Well try the filter as see if it works. Depending where you live, rainwater isn't always a great option. You know, industrial pollution causing acid rain and whatnot

Yeah I see what you mean. And I have measured the ppm of flitered water to regular tap water. Tap water was 362 Filtered was like 300. I'm thinking this could be due to the filter taking out the minerals but added carbon. I'm not sure though. I'm purchasing a zerowater filter soon that supposedly yields 0ppm water.

You can get distiller water by the gallon for a dollar or less at Walmart or your local grocery store

Yeah for $0.99 a gallon. That just seems like way too much for me. I bought a filter instead but thanks for the advice everyone

Well make sure you check the PPM after the filtration. Halfassing in this hobby usually results in failure

Hawk is right, over the years I've learned its worth it to spend the extra on good equipment with this hobby. Best of luck. If you don't have many plants to flush then a dollar a gallon isn't to awful bad.
