Hey everyone, I'm starting a seed in FFOF soon and want to know if the "wait 2 weeks to nute" rule applies to liquid karma as well? And if not, any advice on how many mL/gallon should I use and when to feed? Thanks everyone.
i think it would be wise to wait a couple weeks to give it anything besides ph'd water with some calmag if you need it. then when you do use karma, use 5ml a gallon to start out. (the bottle says 5-10ml a gallon throughout the plants life cycle) i use 5ml a gallon on seedlings and clones and have great results.
I've heard you can use a tiny bit of this for soaking seeds and also from very early on. Only things I ever use to soak seeds is LK and seaweed but I haven't seen evidence it's beneficial or not.
FFOF has food in it so it could be bad to feed seedlings for several weeks, but you could probably put a little bit of LK in with a watering.
If you are starting from seed and going into ffof soil you are going to want to wait atleast 3~4 weeks cause ffof is loaded with nuits and there is a good chance you will see some nuit burn on your new plants because of how hot ffof is. When i first started growing and using straight ffof i was getting nuit burn. Now i cut it with a 50/50 mix of ffof and peat moss.
