Short plants/ Slow growth?

Hey guys! I started my 2nd grow ever from seed on april 23 (right after the holidays haha) I am an indoor grower with LED lighting. I am using soil that i created. (topsoil, hypnum, verm, coffee grounds, bone meal) i started two of my plants on 4/23 one sativa and one indica. here they are:
and then i started more plants one month later on 5/23
These plants are receiving 19 hours of light, Temp in the room ranges from 75F-85F Humidity from 60-75%. I water about every 10 or 11 days, and air circulation is always happening. I water with a pH of 6.6-6.5 using lemon juice as the pH buffer.
however a couple weeks ago i had problems with fungus gnats because i was watering too much. I took care of the problem with fly strips, nematodes and adding dry verm to the top of the soil at the base of the plant and watered less.
Ok finally got the info out the way, now my question should my plants be bigger than they are after about 2 months? am i just impatient? could i be doing anything more to make sure my plants are happy and healthy? do you think the gnats slowed my plants down, shock? any input is much appreciated thank you for your time! Peace and Love

Uh yeah at two months on a 19 hour light schedule they should look much bigger then that.
Your problem is most likely that those leds are the shitty low quality kind.

My guess is that it's not the light. But your soil mix is too hot.
How much experience do you have growing and mixing your own soil?

Start plants in store bought soil like FFOF. pH can be controlled using lime. There is a ton of info on it all over the internet man.
But what I mean by too hot, is too much in the way of nutrients.

and just to be clear, you dont think my light is the issue?

I doubt it with the quick google I did on that brand. And yes FFOF is Fox Farms Ocean Forest.

So do they have a chance of surviving and growing good if i transplant them to some new soil like FFOF?

Yes they have a chance of surviving. Given, it might not be a great chance. But who knows, they may grow up to be extremely healthy

Yeah, they'll survive. I would very gently submerge the root ball in pH'd water that's about 60 degrees f. try and gently get rid of the soil that it's in. Then transplant into the new soil.

yes that is what i did. i removed as much as possible without too much root damage.
So sorry to bump. i know you recommended Fox Farm, I went to the store and the man told me about Happy frog and how it has way more microorganisms in it and not necessary for pasteurization. Any thoughts on Happy frog? (yes i did add extra perlite for aeration)

I've done side by side. Happy Frog always performed worse than FFOF for me.

I read someone claiming to have used the majority of soils available and decide that roots organic original mix is his favorite. I used foxfarms ocean forest mix recently and liked it.
Also something strange about mix's having microorganisms added is that those microorganisms die off if the soil cooks, which I was under the impression soils do naturally when just sitting around.
