Just got a new water recycler ash catcher with honeycomb diffuser. Paid $70 and well worth it. It adds a lot of smoothness to the pipe and tames the mini Helix (red) down a lot, as its a very hard hitter.
Here's my collection so far... about $1000 worth.
My primary piece is the green Helix which was a smooth hitter before but this just helps reduce the airflow just the right amount. Its actually easier to clear now because of the smoothness. I was thinking I'd have to take the mini pre-mix Helix off because it would be too much sticking out or too hard to clear but it still adds a bit of smoothness. Its easier to get to the bowl when its up higher too. As pictured its $370 worth of kick ass smoking.
First few days of owning it, the label has faded quite a bit from the constant handling of it, that skin oil can dissolve damn near anything over a long enough time.
And the inverted color scheme which shows the smoke better.
I Love the glass on glass universal build-a-piece joints. Its like a RPG video game, where you can upgrade your weapons. I think the green Helix might be complete, maybe just get a tree-perk downstem but thats about it. I use beeswax to keep the glass joints connected instead of clips, its much easier and better when the down stem gets stuck you can just heat the piece with hot water till the wax starts liquefy. Its easy to break the downstem or chip some glass when those joins get stuck together, even when doing the needle-nose plier trick I've messed stuff up.

I own a helix pipe. its the 3rd one ive owned (first 2 got broke). I get great, super smooth hits with it

I got a big bong, about a dozen glass pipes, tons of one hitters, chillums, an iolite, extreme q
I dont feel like taking 20 pictures tho. sorry dr.
but i have these pics from last year.... got this peice for my bday from my grower buddy
I only used it once.... the "bowl" is like 2-3 puffs max. so it never made sense to me . any ideas??

i pretty much just use these 2 bongs. i got the sheldon black 3 years ago when i lived in missouri, and i got the small nexus bong at the cannabis cup this year. my oil rig broke a few months ago, so i havent smoked a lot of hash.  ive got some spoon style pipes too, but i prefer hittin the bongs. water pipes > dry pipes.

Me too, I have a hard time smoking out of dry pipes. Most of those dry pipes were acquired in a parking lot just to get a smoking device.
The type of piece plays a big roll in how high you get. When you get used to a piece you need to smoke out of something else and you'll start getting high again.

Heres a picture of my Medicali water bong. I will be purchasing the tree perc add-on asap. I smoke out of this thing DAILY. It's my favorite piece by far out of my collection. Well worth the $210 I spent.

I paid 25 for this one. Good deal imo as I already dropped it from 2 feet on concrete and it didn't break or crack.

holy fuckin tits ... that bong would go for like ... 50$ max here ... no percs or diffusor, just ice blocker, its a pretty basic bong tho it must work great.

No, those medicali's go for a shit ton everywhere. Its the name your paying for. I would never buy one since they are just your basic tube with ice pinch. There are a few other overpriced brands out there, but people buy them cause it has their sticker on it.
They have a $80 bubbler at two of the local shops, its about 4" tall and a clear flask shape. They say its special because the down stem is part of the piece, but that just makes it harder to clean.

Got these two over the weekend at a small three day festival. The first is a lay down bong, very cool shape but clear, but it works that way, $60. The second is a spill less bubbler. I only got it cause I've never seen that style in a bubbler before, $40. Great for the pocket. I usually cork my mouth and carb holes but sometimes those pop off and get lost, like it did this weekend.
