dogs outside, in the freezing cold night. The little one has a thin coat and appears to be trembling and yapping every few seconds. They are both very old dogs I know that much.
alcoholic neighbor got a puppy. he would leave it outside all winter even in -35 from 7am till 11pm at night, it was locked on a 3ft chain alll day. It broke my heart to see that lil girl crying and shivering in a ball everyday. plus locking a dog to a small chain makes a innocent dog aggressive
I asked him nicely to let his dog in or at least get it a heated dog house. After that didnt work it turned into a fight between me and him. To the point i told him id take his dog if he didnt show it the respect it needed. Threats were made, and i had to promise my wife i wouldnt go smash his old ass to the curb. poor lil 3 month old puppy. im surprised it lived the winter tbh.
me and my wife go visit it every second day and bring food and treats. he shows it no resepct or love, so we do

That's decent of you, it really is . I'm feeling the same way atm...if this continues something will happen alright.
People across the street from me neglect their dogs too, and I get to hear them crying at all hours of the night. Couple weeks ago it got through a broken fence board but was tied up and pretty much wrapped itself around the fence to where it couldn't move. Fucking 100 degrees outside and this dog is stuck sitting in the sun with like 3 inches of leeway. It's crying and crying, I hear it all the way across the street INSIDE my house, but somehow the owner can't hear it inside hers. I tried to untie it but it freaked out anytime I got close.
