 Weird body sensations 24+ hours after smoking

So I'm not very old smoker, probably been smoking for past 3 months or so. Sometimes daily for 3-4 days straight, sometimes with week in-between. I didn't do any other drug within 2 months of this incident.
So I get this weed from one supplier. 2 weeks ago he had this green mids which gave me normal high and comedown. 3 days ago I did another pick-up from same supplier and from looks of it, this is from same plant/source and it got kinda brown, blackish because they can't preserve it. They keep it in between A4 papers.
First thing I noticed is heavier body high. I did meditation and astral travel attempt under effects of this weed. I smoked like half a joint, maybe 0.5-1g (this is mid, so not as strong as 1g dank ofc).
So I could generate this sensation of my astral body leaving 3d matrix or so I thought. If I moved my astral body it felt like going through space-time and it felt watery. After few hours I totally came down from mind high but body high and weird sensations when moving didn't leave me. I didn't think much of it and slept. Today, for about 12 hours I'm awake now, this sensation seemed to lessen just a bit if any at all. It is still strong and bothers me. When I conciously try to feel my hands while moving them through fabric, it feels normal. But instinctal hand movements, such as picking something from pocket still feels very very weird. Like as if my hands are going though fabric of reality and there is this spiky, tingly feeling all over my hands. This feeling is especially strong when I touch my face, touch my hair, run my hand through my clothes or put my hand in pocket.
Mind you, I'm pretty sure it was not synthetic weed so that's out of question.
What can cause this? I'm considering going to psychologist if it doesn't fix itself by tomorrow.

Forgot to mention, I had this feeling before on my earlier weed highs and it always did go away before I even came down. This time it seemed to stick with me. I'm not even feeling mental high anymore, maybe just a very slight dreamy state, nothing serious. But this body sensations are really scaring me that they might stay with me.

It could be pins and needles feeling as well. I can't identify it but my doctor friend told me that I look like I suffer from anemia.

Let's start with how everything in this post is wrong.
First off, HIV is a virus, viruses do not have cells and are not cells. They are viruses. Saying a single cell is wrong. There are no cells.
Then you say AIDS virus. This is also wrong, AIDS is a syndrome, that's what the "S" stands for in the acronym. A syndrome is a conglomerate of multiple expressions of physiological shortcomings.
Also, you sound like a raving lunatic.
