koons a lot of people think exactly what you just said is true and im not saying that it isn't somewhat true but bahh lemme explain. The system itself if followed exactly works with muscle confusion and shit. It not only sheds a lot of weight but it improves your strength. Being all huge and bulky is all good but it doesn't necessarily mean you are that strong. If you notice a lot of the Professional K-1 fighters are slim as shit but yet they can hit really hard. Bulk cuts down agility speed also. If you look at Olympian weight lifters they are not huge bulked out dudes like body builders. There are many diffrent forms of strength and trust me the P90X will make you 1 strong mother fucker. It's kinda hard to put into words what im trying to express but trust me google some info on it and you will come up with some interesting finds.
Quote: it goes either way really mainly due to preference imo
even if you lift weights not to be bulky p90x isn't necessarily a good option. it's all up to the user though
some like it, some don't
aight yea I agree with you
if you want to really get good muscle gains without bulking up id modify the www.hsnhst.com program with compound excersizes
I dream of my working out to be compound excersizes and cardio/gymnastic type shit.
one of the most badass people I know does cardio/gymnastic training + martial arts and compound lifting excersizes along with yoga and pilates (twice a week in the morning)
I think he's a 2nd dan karate black belt and he also took Kung fu with the viet or taiwan military... fuck it coulda been china or korea i dont even know.
