i have been playing music for seven + years, but only been practising guitar for about a year. it's coming along, i just gotta learn how to write some shit, so i can rehearse and play parts that i practise for recording, and to be able to compose those parts into cool songs. all i've been doing so far is practising in an "improvised" sorta fashion. gotta get some scales down, too.

jammin around is great though!
something i wish i would of always been able to do is just jam.
Song writing is fun, but when it comes to getting together with some friends and having some brews rocking out i stand there all like uhhh, you guys wanna tell me the note/scale/time signature your in?
Good luck! if you ever want tips let me know, i'm more then willing to offer! Also no problem, keep me posted, love to here progress from everyone!
