Hey! This is my thread, MY THREAD!
--------------------
Learning to love life by living through loss and mistakes
Lessons learned then gradually surfacing, Letting go, stripping naked to scream
I am not perfect nor do I strive to be, I am alive in this world of face first falls and public breakdowns
I'm a retarded, disfigured clown
Dying to be heard through the simple art of letting this heavy wall finally fall
I'm an equal being of no race, or color, a hallucination if you will
Sneaking into the lives of strangers, and letting them fall apart to a new rhythm just to feel better

Got some of that Jack Daniels BBQ sauce but I am open to other ideas
Make a good dry rub, cover the ribs generously, wrap in saran wrap and let them sit in the fridge over night (make sure you peel off the membrane before you apply rub).
I'd recommend smoking them at around 225-250 for 6 hours or so (apple and/or cherry wood) if you have a smoker, spraying every couple hours with apple juice. If not wrap them in foil and cook them in the oven around that same temp. Do not apply bbq sauce until the last 20 minutes or so or the sugar in it will caramelize.
You can make them at high temps on a regular grill too but its hard to get them fall-off-the-bone tender on a grill without burning them...it can be done though.
This is the dry rub I make:
1/4 cup sugar 1/4 cup table salt 1/8 cup brown sugar, dried 4 teaspoons chili powder 2 teaspoons ground cumin 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper 1 teaspoon black pepper 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon onion powder
