Thinking of buying a silk screening kit

Anyone into this hobby? Is it a difficult thing to learn? I am really considering buying a kit but am on the fence about it. From what I saw it is pretty straight foward but what do I know.

Thats good to know
The kit I am looking at is about 600.00 and its a '4 ink' one meaning you can use 4 inks on one shirt instead of just 1 single ink which is much better imo.

Digital printing has kind of made this obsolete no? I hear the quality is still better.

It a fucking awesome hobby man, I would advice you not to buy a beginners kit though.
Those materials suck and are over priced.
You are better off buying your equipment separately.
You might spend a couple of more bucks but the quality of your equipment is well worth the investment.

Quit being smart in your posts... My calculation showed 7400 months
--------------------
Learning to love life by living through loss and mistakes
Lessons learned then gradually surfacing, Letting go, stripping naked to scream
I am not perfect nor do I strive to be, I am alive in this world of face first falls and public breakdowns
I'm a retarded, disfigured clown
Dying to be heard through the simple art of letting this heavy wall finally fall
I'm an equal being of no race, or color, a hallucination if you will
Sneaking into the lives of strangers, and letting them fall apart to a new rhythm just to feel better

780 posts / 2084 days on the grower = .3743 posts per day
10,000 posts / .3743 posts per day = 26,716.5 days total
26715.5 days total - 2084 days already on growery = 24,632.5 days left
24,632.5 days / 365.25 days per year = 67.44 years left to 10,000 posts
7400 months = 616.7 years
Either way I give up...I don't expect to live another 67 years let alone 616 years...I'll just make my own

I am wondering how long it will take me to get to 20,000.. I am guessing another 2-3 years
