and this is why i want to know the circumstances, bcuz there is certain situations you have to drop all your preconcieved notions and maybe phone da po po.
i know you hate hearing this, but sometimes it has to be done.
say your dealer is about to kill your friend or somethin. you wouldnt save your friends life by turning him in?
or if someone did somethin horrible to you(i wouldnt do this bcuz i dont believe in revenge, but)and you knew they were carrying you wouldnt turn them in?
i think given the right circumstances its ok.

i'd just warn my friend personally. if he ends up killing my friend, then i might take matters into my own hands. and that's not something you want to happen.
