Is there any part of the indoor growing process that could be loud?
The guys above me sell bud. This is known.
Every night and I mean every night they turn on the vacuum for around 15 minutes. I can't figure out why... I'm thinking they grow.

a big inline fan could be fairly loud but idk why it would only be on for 15 mins, thats usually a constant thing
maybe an air pump thats on the floor for the reservoir?
or a pump that pumps water from a reservoir thru a hose for irrigation or something
idk it doesnt really sound grow related to me unless they trim up some dead shit or unwanted grwoth and vacuum it up every day
