Looks like burn to me. I would go and buy some Fox farm ocean forest and transplant them into that.
At the very least flush the crap out of them with pH balanced water. Since you have no clue what the pH of anything you've been giving them, you need to correct that as well.

Ok, thanks thats what i just did i flushed the plants and gave some half dose of fertiliser to see how they react. I am also aware that they need transplantation in diferent soil asap.

If there already burned why would you give them more nutes right after flushing?

Im not 100% sure thats a nute burn same thing happened to them when they where in first pot the leaves started drying and falling off like they have no nutes so im no sure if the same thing is happening again.
i have 9 plants i added 1/2 dose of nutes only on 2 plants, if they recover i know it was deficiency.
