imo/ime they are just as potent per gram as dense buds.

popcorn buds generally means it was not grown well. But in some cases, the plant may be growen correctly and its the natural size of buds. But most tiems popcorn buds means outdoor. IMO they may just be a good outdoor, but it sure as hell aint no indoor kush

around these parts popcorn means midgrade.
in GA is was called mids, here they call it 'corn' or popcorn. usually runs 20-30/quarter and 70-110/zip

yeah im talking about what coda is
they're less likely to occur in nature because the sun moves and shines super bright also if you grow outdoors your plants are likely to be larger and not so "brushy" which will make it so you dont have many bottom buds.
in the future when im not growing via sog should I cut off the bottom branches?

i know lack of light ruins anything, but it could also mean lack of water...thats what usually happens around here (nothern california). people try to be cautious to not get caught watering, so they dont water enough, and we gets the shwag every once and a while.

I am usually very wary of small buds cause I relate them to the lower parts of the overall plant, which like said above receive less light in lower wattage indoor grows. When compared to the top colas they typically have less trichomes and are less dense. Although in this case the small buds were very dense and had a fair amount of trichs. I find them great for loading bowls since as you said less stem.
