Your best bet would be to email one of the admins directly from your new email account

The support ticket system is severely flawed as you get a crap shoot of who your ticket is assigned to and it could be an admin who rarely logs-on/gives a fuck

I would email Geokills at Mike@shroomery.org

In all my years of having issues with stuff on either site, Geokills and Andy have been the best 2 to work with
