 awesome grow just turned to SHIT - how to salvage

i just noticed that my mk ultra mother plant thats 3-4 weeks into flower, is a full on hermaphrodite, dumping pollen all over the fuckin place... ive never seen anything like it. i tried picking them off, but i couldnt get them all, and they kept dumping pollen. worst thing is i have 6 fucking clones i took that i just put into flower too.
this is the last grow i can do where i'm living at right now, because ill be moving in the summer. so i cant start anything new right now. is there anything i can do with hermaphrodites? should i just toss them all and say fuck it until i move? or can i just grow these out and make a BUNCH of bubble hash or BHO?

There is a product called Reverse by Dutch Master. This stuff is suppose to stop hermie flowers but I've never used it so I can't say if it works or not.

i'll have to run to my grow store and see if they have that. i might have to give it a shot. i just went through every bud on every branch and got every pollen sack i could find. it was insane... that plant is definitely knocked up. i did what i could though. i think ill just grow them all out and hope for the best. maybe i can catch the male flowers on the clones before they open up.

Well if it pollinates the clones that aren't the same strain, then those will have a less likely chance of producing full on hermie seeds. Genetics and all that jazz.....

That sucks man! I feel for ya, same shit just happened to my buddys first indoor grow. He didnt notice till it polenated his whole flower room!
I was wondering the same thing... could you make a bunch of bho or bubble hash with the male buds?

well its not like theres a lot of male flowers in the buds. they were just stuck on the side of the branch where a calyx should be. (i hope that makes sense) its way more female than anything else. there were just some areas that had pollen sacks, some open some not. i dont see those "nanner" things ive seen before. i sent adam dunn a message on facebook. i hope he hooks me up or something. this sucks. and apparently its a common problem with MK ultra.

Why would you toss a plant just because its a hermie if the pollen has already dusted your grow room? Yeah your bud will be seedy but it'll still smoke and still get you high won't it?

well since im moving in a few months, theres no reason to torch the room. and i cant start a new grow. so im just going to grow them out and try to pick off any male flowers on the clones if they show up. and if the plants are really fucked and full of seeds, i might run all of it as bubble hash and BHO.
it would be more worth doing that, than killing 7 plants and waiting until i get to hawaii in july to germinate another seed.

Hawaii eh? I hear you can just grow in your yard there, like Alaska. I'm a contractor, and I'm still kicking myself for turning down a big assignment there. I hear you have to get used to "island time" - no one deals with you unless you treat them like family and talk about kids, weather, Breaking Bad, before getting down to business.

i got everything i need to make hash. essential extracts, a denver based company who specializes in what they call "solventless" hash/wax, recently released their own line of bags. $150 for the bags, and $164 total after shipping (from denver to colorado springs... but i did get it the next day) for 6 bags - 220, 160, 120, 70, 38, and 25 micron bags.

gonna do my first run later this week when i have a couple days off. i have a decent amount of blue dream and cold creek kush trim in my freezer.
ill probably end up making a decent amount of hash with the MK ultra mom. gonna harvest, chop up buds and freeze it fresh. although im sure this doesnt really get around the pollen issue in the final product... not sure how big pollen is, but i have a feeling it'll be falling through the bags along with the good stuff. i dont think theres too much really, but i still dont really want my final product tainted.
