WHats the wattage of the bulbs?
Also foil is a bad idea it tends to leave hot spots.
But I don't think NASA used foil so its probably mylar.

Are you just using distilled water or nutes too? If you're six weeks in you want to start fertilizing.

So like, 30 watts approximately? I have a 23 watt 100W equivalent CFL that I use for little baby seedlings but your array sounds a bit more powerful. I can't say from experience if that's enough light though.
What do you mean what to do next, though? If you're 6 weeks in you're in veg still right? Have the plants shown their sex, or are they from feminized seeds? Either way, it sounds like you would just keep doing what you're doing (hopefully 18-6 light schedule and watering once the soil is completely dry.). Once you feel like they're sufficiently bushy and trained, you would change your light cycle to 12-12.
Are you feeding them anything? I understand fox farm soil is pretty full of nutrients by itself, maybe even a little hot, but you may want to give them something once you switch to flowering, do you have fox farm's Big Bloom or Tiger Bloom?
Though I may just be rambling if your issue is something totally different. What's the perceived problem?

no nutes yet just plain distilled water and yes only watering when soil is dry. I'm going to try to post pics soon so you can see what I have so far. They are feminized seeds so no sexing needed.

Sounds good. Seems like all you need really is to start thinking about nutes. What size containers are they in?

That sounds like about 3 gallons right?
Also, if you're at 6 weeks it may already be time to put them in the 5 gallon containers anyway. Depending on the last time you did a transplant those roots may have overtaken the pot. I was really not expecting how fast the roots take off, given my experience with other plants.
Need to see them pictures. =P

I first used them degradeable pots for the first 4 weeks the roots started growing thru those so I bought those 12 inch 3 gallon pots 2 weeks ago and they took off. They haven't been officially transplanted just yet.

Ah okay, that's what mine are in right now too, is the 3 gallon pots, I'm only at about 4 weeks. But I have nothing else to do most days so I just read and read and read about growing weed.
Good luck with this, looking forward to seeing some results in here later on.

When I upload pics I do this:
Scroll up to the top, click Pics in the upper left (opens a new window on its own) Click upload. Click the browse button to fill in the pictures for each slot, click "Share" to simultaneously check all the boxes, then just click the upload box and it should hook you up with copyable links for every picture, with the forum code already included.

Yikes, that second/third pic.
What happened to that plant? That looks like some outrageous nute burn. But it could be a deficiency possibly so it might be best to let someone experienced chime in.
Other than that, they look mostly healthy, I see you're doing LST on a couple of them it looks like. Seems to be working out for you.
