I'm not sure you can calibrate it or maybe it came pre-calibrated.
It's from Hyrdofarm nothing fancy.

Yes I've measured my water with it and it reads 7.0 (for the record I've tested my water with a tablet ph tester and it read 7.0 as well, this was maybe 4 months ago).and I use tap water.

Ok. Well it's not really designed for that, but seems to be working for it.
You really should get the Jorge book. It has a really good section on things like you are experiencing. Mines packed up. I know that I've seen exactly what your plant looks like in the nutrient/deficiencies section.

I'm gonna bet it's one of these two things. How wet has the soil been? The plants look almost as if the roots are rotting or something is wrong with them and the plant is having a hard time getting water to the leaves.
or the one I think it is.
You got a hot bag of FFOF cause if you read up on nitrogen overdose it actually will pull water from the plant causing major wilt. They look as if they are teetering on the edge of a full overfeeding.

Well I flushed them a day or so ago when I first noticed the spots so the soil is pretty moist. The last time I watered them before that was the day I transplanted them so 5 days.

Really at this point you already flushed them so all you can do is wait them out.

Immobile nutrient (Ca, B, Cl, Co, Cu, Fe, Mn, Mo,Se, Si, S) deficiencies show up on new growth. Mobile nutrients (N,P,K, Mg, Zn)on old.
The picture has that phosphorous deficiency type of damage but not so much the color, but that could be to multiple problems.
Usually a sign of pH out of range causing lock out issues. I was taking this last batch of clones and didn't plant them right away and let them go in the cloner with no nutrients just silica and rooting hormone. They started to grow but looked just like that.
Guaranteed your soil is jacked up somehow and I think they need food, the leaf isn't showing signs of burn except for maybe those random spots, but the tips all look fine. I'd try a light feed and see if things improve, you've already flushed, a light feed would give you an idea which way your headed.

well the two fan leaves appear to be getting darker. As for the other two they remained the same with some of the leaves getting darker.
It seems to be 'stalled' as the new growth has not been growing or it is very slowly.
Also I didn't feed them yet as I was very weary to do so. I might next time I water in a day or so.
