 Hey guys (Introduction, and I quit smoking)

Hey, I'm Mallacht. I've been pretty active over at shroomery for a while, thought I'd join over here and introduce myself. 
I recently quit smoking cigarettes and weed actually. I read this book "Allen Carr's EASYWAY To Quit Smoking" and it did what it said it was going to, eliminated all cravings and I barely even notice any physical with-drawl. One of the things that he talks about is that nicotine with-drawl is technically almost unnoticeable physically, and 99% of it is in your mind. For some reason the book completely took away my urges to smoke weed as well.
Well, just thought I'd share.

Yeah that book really works man.. My friend Greg was definitely someone I honestly never thought would quit smoking. He's was what the author calls a "confirmed smoker". I never thought he would quit smoking cigs before me. I'll probably go back to smoking the weed as I do grow, but I'm never going back to cigarettes again.

Welcome new guy..... im smoke free for about 6 yrs now. Feels fuckin great.

I just might do that. I've been doing a 2 - 1000W HPS grow for about 6 years or so now, that I recently upgraded to a 4 lighter. The nug that is in my avatar is some of my stuff, some XJ13 that just has some utterly ridiculous resin production.
