I made a thread about it but in short... I got an infected tooth wich caused a massive and agressive infection in my jaw.

my friends old roommate should be on that route
he stopped brushing his teeth something like 6months ago and a hole started forming on his front teeth so that can't be good.
was your tooth dead or something?

Yeah I had an impacted wisdom tooth which broke the top of the molar in front of it. the broken molar got infected.

Just pain and numbness in the chin and lip on one said. Different nerves affect sensation than they do movement so I can still talk fine and don't have a droppy face or any fucked up shit like that.

I should explain that better, my chin and lip is numb with no sensation and the whole side of my jaw is raw pain. it'd be nice if the infection had destroyed the whole nerve and left all that area numb.
Cheap drugs are all good but I'd rather be without pain.

that's true, pain in my face bothers me exceptionally, same with back.
having a numb face would suck too, you wouldn't be able to feel yourself smile or whatever.

Agreed, pain in the face and head seems to fuck me over a lot worse than pain in other places.
I had a busted pelvis, broken arms, hands and fingers plus a big hole in my guts from a motorbike accident years ago. The recent pain I've had, especially when the infection was at it's peak was much worse than all those injuries combined.

yah, i can understand that. When i got my wisdom teeth removed one of the clots came out and i got dry socket. I didn't sleep for two days and was basically immobile due to the pain. I think i'd rather get kicked in the nuts repeatedly then go through that again. 48 hours of feeling like someone was pounding my jaw with a sledge.
