Indoor Growables

Ive just picked up 3 nice plant pots and want to grow some interesting plants in them. They'll be indoors and probably on a windowsill.
Poppies are nice, is there any cool variations I could quite easily grow? Would be quite nice to have a different type of poppy in each of them.
Heres a pic of the pots:

If I did grow poppies too, could someone let me know which variety produces the best yield of seeds?

The thing with poppies is that, unless you're really throwing the light at them, indoor cultivation just isn't productive. A post I made while ago:
Quote:
Most people who try growing them indoors either fail or get piss poor yields of pods. So far the only decent indoor grow I've seen was at Mycotopia, but the guy was using over 1,800 watts of light for what really wouldn't be all that much opium.

As far as seeds go, I'd say any variety of P. somniferum will give you plenty of seeds for the next year's grow.

ya poppys dont do to well indoors.... my wife just started some tasmian poppys inside for the hell of it... we do poppies outdoors every summer
why do u want ones that produce more seeds? u dont get high on the seeds
As for house plants currently i have :
Kitchen window succulents
I bought one aloe plant last year. and when i repotted it it starting shooting off other plants.... so far i have got 14 new plants the original one i bought (gave a bunch away for xmas).... its still going strong. They are so easy to grow and the roots can be abused a bit without dying.
My bro gave me these for xmas with a huge skull pot. im gonna replant one in the skull head. it should look cool
Ive grown pedros and p. torch in the past, im starting a bunch from seed soon

Basil or chives grows well indoors and don't need that big of pots. Or a nice lophoraphora pup.

Your plants are pretty awesome dude, where do you live?
And I want plenty of seeds so I can keep some for my own future poppy cultivation and some to spread over local fields so they can grow there.

Ahhh its bullshit, no where is stocking seeds of any kind at this time. I like the idea of being able to harvest something from my plant so I thought of trying to get a mint plant.
All the shops have them pre grown though.
Trip out wasnt a total failure since I managed to pick up a cheap mushroom growing kit!
