 Bad experience with Attitude

So I ordered some beans and a coffee mug for their "guaranteed delivery". A couple weeks later I received the mug but the package had green customs tape on it and the beans were gone. I emailed them, and they agreed to send out replacements. Low and behold, the replacements were stolen by customs too so I emailed them again and they agreed to refund my purchase. I checked my CC and they refunded less than half of my purchase amount. I emailed them again and have yet to receive a reply.
Since my beans were confiscated twice, does that mean my address is flagged? Is the same thing likely to happen if I order from another bank? I really want some more feminized beans but its looking like I may be screwed because I don't have another address for them to ship to. Any suggestions on a reputable seed bank other than Attitude? Maybe someone that visits these forums?

I personally use to have good luck with Doc Chronic seeds. I ordered usually around $1600 worth at a time. Never had a problem with Doc but I haven't ordered in some years since I started selling my own seeds.

i ordered my seeds from attitude about 2 months ago and never saw anything i should have got the guaranteed shipping

There are 2 people checking the site. I usually check it personally at least once a day for anyone with a problem & to make sure PM's don't sit in our box. We're here to help you out if you have any issues & we can usually get forum members some special treatment if anything goes wrong.
If you think your address is flagged, use a safe address. If you don't know anyone you trust, set up something at a UPS Store or someplace similar. You can get something like a PO Box there, but it has an actual street address.
The only problem we're having right now is that we can't accept credit cards - and they're debating whether or not they'll accept them from the US in the future. Seems like a lot of people will order, get their seeds, then dispute the charges as a stolen number. I know that happens, but some of the people turn around & order again - same name, address, etc.
You can pay with bitcoins, cash, bank transfer or western union if you're interested. I've been told that if you're not into bitcoins, western union seems to be the fastest & most reliable method.
