I have a pack of delicious auto seed la musa to be exact. And I can see they are no good through my mag lense .I can't use them in my collection so was wondering if gorilla people were in this thread ? I would like a new pack so any thoughts would be nice, or a Gorilla response it has only been 2 or 3 days. Thanks

PM me your details.
Depending on what you said in your email, they may have deleted it. Anything remotely related to growing would make it against the law in the UK and they have to do that.
From time to time, the email server gets stoned or something & drops some messages - although they swear it doesn't happen - they may have simply not seen your email. Or people could be taking time off for the holidays. It's hard to say, but I can pass your message through for you.
The word when you contact our customer service department is simply damaged.
As in - My seeds are damaged, can you send a replacement pack?
The official policy is that they want returns back in the same state they were shipped (again for legal reasons), but they'll often help you out if you ask nicely.
Seeds are a hard thing to warranty - they're natural products, and experience has a lot to do with it, just like any other seed.

I wonder if anyone would actually be dumb enough to send this scammer cash. 5 red flags anyone can see...
-all your "strains" are rated the exact same 
- bulk weed purchases come in oz's/qps/hps/p's not 50 or 100 gms
- your pricing is way too weird to make ANY sense ... ex. Napal Hash $100 for 100g,but Sour diesel is $420 for 100g..
- your email is heaty and dumb "qualitydrugs"
- If you had smoke that was any good you would not need to spam online boards

My beans were taken by the green tape people and gorilla said they would send them out again.It has been two months, I love there selection . have found my way here in hopes of getting their attention.

I'm not on the forum quite as much now that I have someone new posting about the seeds & I think he stays pretty much in the sponsor's forum - where we belong so we're not spamming the rest of your site.
Anyway, that's neither here or there - why don't you PM me your order details again & I'll see what's going on. It could be that you live near one of the notoriously hard custom's offices - or something else could have happened. You seem to have the worst luck, so I feel for you.
I live on the middle East Coast & I've never had anything nabbed by customs. Guess I'm lucky that way.
