To try and get the Fed's pissed off about the situation and shut the M.M. Movement down, since it cuts into their profits so much

What other reason would they do a shitty job of disguising themselves as a dispensary?
They don't need to pose as a legal operation to sell their product ... unless they are trying to discredit a system that's fucking up their money flow. If they just wanted a part of the cash flow, it would be easier to simply start their own 'legal' dispensaries.
They are the one organization that will suffer the most from Legal Recreational Marijuana In America.
Why wouldn't they try to discredit (and potentially shut down) the system that will disrupt their cash flow the most?

The more I think about this the more it just doesn't make sense for the Cartels to try to run a dispensary in CO.
Bout as much chance as 19 Arabs attacking our country with box cutters.
The Fed's have much more to gain from the "Mexican Cartels' running a dispensary than the Cartels do.

why? if these groups were infact involved with the cartels they can go fuck themselves and get outta the state.....if they werent paying taxes they can go fuck themselves and get outta the state - coming from a colorado resident

First the cartels sell their shitty weed to the dispensary's just like growers here do. Remember the dispensarys want to have product for everybody rich or poor.
Why would the cartels want to open a club. Harborside Health Center in Oakland CA easily makes over 35 grand a hour on a slow day. I've delivered weed to a small club in Modesto CA and they were $8000 short. They told me to go out and kill a hour so I did and when I went back in a hour they had my money.

When it comes to the cartels the exact opposite is true actually. You have to remember most of the people that buy the weed that the cartels bring over can't afford the club weed that is why they buy it in the first place and with todays economy that is a huge market.

Until the good weeds prices drop. It's to easy to grow it yourself for me to still want to buy mexi-trash.
In my home town the biggest reason there is cheap weed is the old people (it's an aging community with all the people my age moving out.) so any connection the old people get is ones to their old people friends. And around there anyways old people never have good weed, yet somehow the people my age that don't own any cars have good shit.
