I ordered some seeds from Attitude, and when my package arrived it had green customs tape on the box and the seeds were gone. I live in the US. Should I be concerned?

why didnt you order with the GUARANTEED arrival thing? where you buy the T shirt or coffee cup?

Sorry to hear man. Hopefully you were careful enough to have the beans shipped to a safe address!
I wouldn't be worried. A friend of mine has had customs nab his beans. Nothing happened. He ordered them again through a different addy and they made it through.

It was my own, I don't have another address where they can be shipped and they won't ship to a PO Box.

ya i wouldn't trip. Customs seizes thousands of packages every week. unfortunately yours was one this week. ....

Do you think my address is "tagged" now? So if they try to re-ship I'll be more likely to have my package searched again?

tough to say.....
seeings as its only seeds i doubt ur on any watch list now. If u dont wanna risk another package..... send it to your friends house and see if it arrives

I've had seeds confiscated before. Nothing came of it. I wouldn't worry at all.
