Expert advice required re: harvesting versus revegging

Allo allo.
This is my first grow, with a couple of various plants on the go. I'm learning heaps and really enjoying it. What I am concerned about is this particular plant.
She's an Early Girl, maybe around two months old from seed, and around 25 cm tall (10 inches) and she has been in flowering 12/12 for exactly a month. In the second shot you can see the buds just starting to form.
First question - do you think those buds will be ready to harvest in one month?
I am worried they won't be, and I have to go on holiday after Christmas and won't be around to look after her. So if she won't be ready to harvest, my other option would be to reveg her outdoors at a friend's place (it's almost summer in Oz) while I'm away. If I go down this route I'm guessing I should get her back into veg ASAP before the buds get any more 'done'.
Well, what do you ladies and gents think? I'm all ears right now. Cheers.

It'd be a miracle if that plant was ready in 4 weeks. I would definetly reveg and finish the plant outside.
I wish it was almost summer out my way!

Is your friend in another hemisphere or something?
Is that 12\12 outdoor?
You said its almost christmas and almost summer in the same post. Christmas happens around the winter solstice which is the shortest days of the year.
Summer and revegging wont start until after the spring equinox.
Where is OZ anyways?

Farmer Joe, thanks bud. That's what I was thinking. Do you think it will reveg ok outside at the mo if days are about 14.5 hours long, going from 12/12? Or would you 'shock' it with 24 hours of light first, the way you can shock them with 24 hours dark to start going into flower?
Also, do you reckon it will hermie if I reveg?
Sorry for the noobness but I'm loving learning all I can about this.
SmokeSomeHash - yep, we do Christmas in June down here, but we change the name of the months around so when it's June for you, it's December for us

Well the strain is early girl so it may continue to flower for a bit. It all depends on how photo sensitive the strain is. It could hermie. I'm doubtful though. If the genetics are stable and of good quality you'll be fine.
When I first started growing i would do all kinds of funky shit to try and get the plants to adjust to the light hours outside. I never saw any difference really. If i were you I'd put that plant outside as soon as you can. The sooner it can adjust to life under the sun the better :vape:

Not closer, the earth is tilted. So they get more direct sunlight and longer days, as we get less sunlight and shorter days.

Yeah, it is kinda weird because we still have all the Euro/American-style Christmas trappings - Santa Claus, flying reindeer, giant pine trees ... a lot of us even eat the full turkey and ham roasts and roast vegies, lamb with mint jelly, but it just happens to be 35 C (95-ish F) outside.

I think I could handle that
It's -7 C (18 F) outside where I'm at right now!
