How big are the plants? Cause if they are seedlings and you cut the lights back yield is the one thing you're not going to have.

Depending on how many you have you can get decent yield.
 
At 3 feet depending on strain you can get a decent yield. Starting at 3 feet hopefully it won't stretch to much during flowering cause that would be pushing the limits of the 400 to penetrate the growth.

You know the organic thing is more of a prefference thing. Yeah I know they say it taste better and stuff but I never believed that so I did this.

I haven't grown Nirvana's version of NL but I have grown a ton of their other stuff. I have friends that have grown it and have smoked their NL and found in kind of harsh but a good high and a good strain for making bubble hash out of the shake.
This is their AK-48
Many assume that Nirvana's seeds are knockoffs but that's cause their idiots who haven't done any research.

Do you mean nothing and just the soil you planted in? That's not keeping it orgainc that called starving the plant. Organic means using stuff like Bat Guano, Sea Bird Guano, Kelp Produts and such to feed with.
