Not to sound like an ass-hat, but have you looked through google?
Considering seeds are still illegal for the majority of Americans, and you're looking for what is probably an over-valued Dutch strain.
Barney's farm is literally 10 minutes from my house, but trading seeds on here is technically against the rules.
Why does this particular strain interest you out of curiosity?

If there are any seed vendors in the U.S. they can only sell within their state over the counter. Even if the person in the other state is a medical patent mail is still federal jurisdiction.

Well I guess I do know of one vendor.
Best customer service, delivers fast, killer genetics, and the guy looks good too.
But I'm all out of seeds right now

I'm gonna guess NARC! There are tons of places to buy seeds in USA atm, but very few will deliver to non medical patients outside of their state.
Outside of usa... Sea of seeds has amazing prices on seeds if you catch them on the right day, and their delivery is pretty solid. Only problem is that they aren't taking credit cards atm but should again soon. Growpon11 code gets you 18$ off and they have amazing daily deals so combined with the code you can end up getting something that would normally cost 115$ for under 60$ and also 5 free seeds, 4 strains. I think they are the most underrated seed bank for people who don't have cash to throw away.
