It's called ruderalis. Search for seedbanks that sell ruderalis. There are few.

I can pretty much a sure you, that if You go to any seed bank.
But a pack of regular autoflower seeds.
You get you a male or two.

Just so you know without getting into the details of how to do it (cause nobody wants to hear it and I don't want to type it) if your looking for a pack of all male seeds like the ones that are all female you will never find one. Simply because the making of all males seeds is impossible.
