Glad I don't eat beef to begin with. That video's an eye opener for sure.

i can do ground beef from a butcher, but i need to drive like 50 miles...i mostly just eat vegetarian, for my health and it's cheaper.

the place next door to my apartment uses only local grass feed beef, that is hormone free! The burger is bomb but it's like $9 for a burger.

I get my meat http://www.allnaturalmeats.ca/ (i live a hour away) ... i spend $200 and get a case of assorted meats, that fills the freezer.... all natural hormone free too

i like meat too, but i would rather eat wild game, because i like to choose what chemicals i put in my body.
i should be getting some venison from some friends soon.
i still have a deer heart from last year to make into curry or something.

Its actually WAY cheaper to buy (hormone free, local raised ) meat in bulk through a butcher.... because i get it a case at a time i save soooo much more $$$$$ then buyin individual stakes or roasts at the Store
Every man should have a good butcher .... Better quality meats... and cheaper in bulk.
