man did i eat this weekend.
we went out to my parents sat and sun and boy did we eat.
there was goat sausage with goat cheese and jalaps, venison sausage, rotisserie chicken out in the pit, and bore. for breakfast we had fresh chicken eggs and bacon made from the bore.
so fucking good
i also came up with about 20 pounds of meat. fucking ground venison, ground venison sausage, ground goat, bore steaks. im gonna be eat gangsta as fuck for the next week or 2.

I've never really cared to marinate for more than a few hours, 2 days seems like way too long for most meats.
